The condo features a fully equipped kitchen, two full bathrooms, fireplace, TV and dining room. The master bedroom has a Queen bed with ensuite bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen bed & balcony access. The loft overlooks the living area and has two single beds and a TV. This unit provides all the comforts and there is a window AC unit in the living area.

Shared laundry and secure ski/snowboard and bike storage are available. The underground parkade has two level-2 EV Charging Stations (C$1.50/hour).
