Insurance Compliance Monitoring

  • Weekly/bi-weekly inspections. Visual inspection of interior and exterior of property using standard risk prevention checklist that is adaptable to your needs.
  • Any additional home monitoring visits as requested.

Property Management

  • Onsite meetings with trades.
  • Preventative multipoint evaluation of home and grounds.

Concierge & Check-In Service

  • Upon your/guest arrival arrange services such as housekeeping, grocery delivery, transportation, ski rentals, private chef etc.
  • Perform home inspections prior to your/guest arrival & perform guest walk through.

Emergency Response

  • 24/7 emergency response to unexpected situations.
  • Promptly investigate and produce a written report for owner/owner insurance.

Designated Owner Relations Manager and Owner Portal

  • Single point of contact at Outpost.
  • Maintain accurate accounting records for each visit.
  • Provide inspection reports and work orders.
  • Initiate owner requests via owner portal/app.
