The first bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, the second bedroom has a twin over queen bunk bed, and both come equipped with window AC units to keep you cool during the warmer months. This home also offers a Queen sofa bed which could sleep two additional guests if needed.

No smoking, no parties, minimum booking age of 25. Pets are permitted in the property - please let us know if you are bringing one. A non-refundable one-time pet fee of C$75.00 (plus tax) will be charged.
Base occupancy is 5 adults and max occupancy is 7 adults. The sixth and the seventh adult pay C$35 per night per person. Children under 12 years old stay free of charge.

CANCELLATION POLICY 
100% refund if cancelled at least 60 days before the arrival date.
75% refund if cancelled at least 45 days before the arrival date.
No refund or credit if cancelled less than 45 days before the arrival date.
