We are looking for an Owner Relations Associate who is highly skilled in communications, detail-oriented and professional.
The Owner Relations Assoiciate acts as a liaison between a portfolio of our homeowners, and Outpost's internal departments. They develop and grow relationships with our homeowners by proactively communicating and becoming the expert of the properties within their portfolio. The Owner Relations Associate always keeps our homeowners' best interests in mind, ensuring homes are clean, maintained and well cared for. They are responsible for optimizing property quality and balancing the investment of the owner with the expectations of our guests. They will help ensure that our homeowners are experiencing the best service possible and revenues by partnering with Outpost.
Ideal candidate
- Professional in all forms of communications such as email, phone calls, video calls and texts
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to cope with interruptions
- Highly responsive and reliable
- Strong attention to detail
- Works well under pressure and handles high-stress situations
- Experience in property management/the vacation rental industry is preferred
- Knowledge of the workings of homes is an asset
- Previous owner relations experience is an asset
- Previous project coordination experience is an asset
What you’ll do
- Day-to-day management of owner communication
- Act as the liaison between the owner and Outpost’s internal departments
- Ensuring homes are prepared and ready for owner arrivals
- Coordination of trades and project management
- Assisting your team by escalating guest and homeowner concerns
- Emergency response & incident reporting
- Work order tracking and follow up

We are looking for cleaners who are motivated, fun, and detailed oriented.
As a member of the Outpost Cleaning Team, you will be responsible for cleaning homes after our guests have departed. You will be provided with all the tools necessary to clean and stage each home to ensure it’s ready for the next guest arrival. Depending on the size of property you may be working alone or in a team. Having a keen eye for detail and following a detailed checklist is key to success. Outpost has the highest standard of cleaning and our Cleaning Team is an integral part of the success of our business. You will work closely with other members of the Outpost Team including, the Reservations Team, our Property Inspectors, Owner Relations, and Maintenance to ensure all the pieces are in place for our guests to make the most of their vacation in Whistler and Vacation Rental experience with Outpost.
Ideal candidate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with a can-do attitude.
- Prior housekeeping experience in hotel/property management is a plus but not a must.
- Ability to manage your time efficiently.
- Capable of being on your feet for long periods.
- Must be a hard worker, responsible, trustworthy and honest.
- Adaptability and flexibility to focus on whatever task is most important at any given time.
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and interact positively with guests.
- Valid work permit.
- BC driver's license.
