This mountain retreat welcomes you with impressive renovations giving it a clean and modern feel with designer touches to be found throughout. Big windows and vaulted ceilings allow for lots of light and impressive mountain views enjoyed from all areas of the third-floor open concept living area. Or relax with a glass of wine or a cup of hot cocoa on one of the 3 separate covered patio. Accommodating up to 10 guests, this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhome is the perfect home to be enjoyed by multiple families as there are separate floors/bathrooms for each that allow for good separation. The master bedroom is located on the top floor and equipped with a king bed, TV, private sundeck and features an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom is located across from the master and has a queen-size bed as well as a twin bed, and shares the adjoining sundeck. Directly across the hall, there is another full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third and fourth bedrooms are found on the next level down. The third bedroom features a king-size bed. The fourth bedroom features a bunk with a queen-size bed on the bottom and twin on top with a TV. These bedrooms share a private patio and bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Prepare for your day in the impeccably stocked kitchen with mountain views or enjoy an evening playing games or watching a movie around the gas fireplace. This fabulous home will not disappoint!

This location is right on the free shuttle bus network or less than a 5 minute walk/ski to the base of Blackcomb Mountain and it also enjoys a ski-out just steps from this complex. Building amenities include a hot tub, shared BBQ facilities and secure shared complex bike storage is available. Please be aware that there are multiple levels in these homes and no elevator so they are not suitable for someone with mobility issues.

Located slopeside on Blackcomb Mountain, the Benchlands offers alpine seclusion while still being just steps from the upper village as well as the hustle and bustle of Whistler Village. These lodging options will have you on the slopes (or the first tee of the Chateau Whistler Golf Course) in minutes. Many of these complexes have ski-in/ski-out access and they are all on the free shuttle route to and from the Village. In the summer enjoy quick access to Lost Lake Park as well as a weekly outdoor Farmers Market.
