ABOUT THE HOME
This home has recently undergone impressive updates - the spacious main living area has an open plan and the gourmet kitchen features a Sub Zero Fridge a gas range. The river rock fireplace and wood accents give the home cabin-like feel and the large grassy southwest facing backyard/patio with a private hot tub is the perfect place to relax after a day out recreating. The dining area seats 10 and a smart TV can be found in the main living area. The whole home is cooled with airconditioning in the summer months and in the winter you will appreciate the heated slate flooring and gas fireplace. Enjoy the convenience of driving straight to your front door or into the private garage which also has plenty of room for skis and bikes to be securely stored. All bedrooms are located on the top floor. The master bedroom is equipped with a king bed, TV, a large closet, and features a deluxe ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower as well as a separate soaker tub. Take in the stunning mountain views from the private deck just off the master bedroom. The second and third bedrooms are both equipped with queen-size beds, large closets and TVs. The fourth bedroom features two bunk beds (1 bunk with two twins, 1 bunk with two doubles). This four-bedroom, three-bathroom townhome is the perfect place to host a family gathering and is the ultimate getaway location to be enjoyed with loved ones! 


COMPLEX: MONTEBELLO
Montebello enjoys an ideal location of seclusion with close proximity to Whistler Village. This quite complex is right at the edge of the Village North, just a five-minute walk from Whistler's Marketplace where you will find a grocery store, liquor store and many other shops and restaurants. From your front door, you are just minutes away from the base of both the Whistler and Blackcomb Gondolas which are easily accessible by either the free village shuttle bus (bus stop is a 3 minutes walk), or a 15-20 minute walk to the base of the mountain. The Montebello complex is a favourite for family groups as the properties enjoy drive-up access with parking in your private garage/driveway.

Village North offers the perfect blend of convenience and seclusion. It is centred around a marketplace complete with a supermarket and liquor store while remaining within easy walking distance of Whistler Village and both the Whistler and Blackcomb gondolas.

Two parking stalls are included in the rental. There is parking for one vehicle in the private garage as well as an uncovered spot in the driveway. Limited visitor parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis with three stalls located just across the street from this home. 
 
HOUSE RULES
No smoking, no pets, no parties, no bikes permitted inside units. Minimum booking age of 25.
