The main level opens out to an expansive, fully-stocked gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, right across from a tastefully decorated living room with updated furnishings and gas fireplace. Sit down with friends and family at the large dining room table, or BBQ your favourite dishes and sit outside on the private balcony and enjoy your view of the world-famous Garibaldi Mountain range. On the upper level you will also find the queen bedroom and ensuite, off-set from the living space for some well-deserved privacy. The whole home is cooled with air-conditioning in the summer months, making this home a top pick for your winter or summer vacations. Please be aware that there is recorded video cameras on the outside of the property at the front door and garage door.

Montebello enjoys an ideal location of seclusion with close proximity to Whistler Village. This quite complex is right at the edge of the Village North, just a five-minute walk from Whistler's Marketplace where you will find a grocery store, liquor store and many other shops and restaurants. From your front door, you are just minutes away from the base of both the Whistler and Blackcomb Gondolas which are easily accessible by either the free village shuttle bus (bus stop is a 3 minutes walk), or a 15-20 minute walk to the base of the mountain. The Montebello complex is a favourite for family groups as the properties enjoy drive-up access with parking in your private garage/driveway.

Village North offers the perfect blend of convenience and seclusion. It is centred around a marketplace complete with a supermarket and liquor store while remaining within easy walking distance of Whistler Village and both the Whistler and Blackcomb gondolas.

PARKING
Two parking stalls are included in the rental. There is parking for one vehicle in the private garage as well as an uncovered spot in the driveway. Limited visitor parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis with three stalls located just across the street from this home. 
 
HOUSE RULES
No smoking, no parties, noise bylaw 10PM - 8AM (fines will be issued), bikes must be stored in the garage - bikes are not permitted inside the unit, minimum booking age of 25. Pet are not allowed. 

CANCELLATION POLICY 
  • 100% refund if cancelled at least 45 days before the arrival date.
  • 75% refund if cancelled at least 30 days before the arrival date.
  • No refund or credit if cancelled less than 30 days before the arrival date.
