Additional upstairs bedroom has a Queen Bunk & Pull-out sofa bed to allow maximum flexibility for all kinds of groups/families. This quite complex is right at the edge of the Village North, just a five-minute walk from Whistler's Marketplace where you will find a grocery store, liquor store and many other shops and restaurants. From your front door, you are just minutes away from the base of both the Whistler and Blackcomb Gondolas which are easily accessible by either the free village shuttle bus (bus stop is a 3 minutes walk), or a 15-20 minute walk to the base of the mountain. The Montebello complex is a favourite for family groups as the properties enjoy drive-up access with parking in your private garage/driveway.

Village North offers the perfect blend of convenience and seclusion. It is centred around a marketplace complete with a supermarket and liquor store while remaining within easy walking distance of Whistler Village and both the Whistler and Blackcomb gondolas.

PARKING
Two parking stalls are included in the rental. There is parking for one vehicle in the private garage as well as an uncovered spot in the driveway. Limited visitor parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis with three stalls located just across the street from this home. 
 
HOUSE RULES
No smoking, no parties, no bikes permitted inside units, minimum booking age of 25. Pets are
 permitted in the property - please let us know if you are bringing one. A non-refundable one-time pet fee of C$75.00 (plus tax) will be charged.

CANCELLATION POLICY - RESERVATIONS ARRIVING BEFORE THE 1ST OF DECEMBER, 2022
  • 100% refund if cancelled at least 30 days before the arrival date.
  • 100% credit if cancelled at least 14 days before the arrival date, valid for 18 months.
  • No refund or credit if cancelled less than 14 days before the arrival date.
CANCELLATION POLICY - RESERVATIONS ARRIVING ON OR AFTER THE 1ST OF DECEMBER, 2022
  • 100% refund if cancelled at least 45 days before the arrival date.
  • 75% refund if cancelled at least 30 days before the arrival date.

COVID PEACE OF MIND POLICY

  • All linens and towels are cleaned in a commercial-grade laundry facility with high-temperature sanitization.
  • Mid-stay housekeeping service will not be offered at this time.
  • Any non-emergency maintenance requests will not be conducted while guests are occupying the property.
  • A maintenance technician will be available for troubleshooting via phone during business hours.
  • All housekeepers and property inspectors will wear Personal Protective Equipment.
