ABOUT THE HOME
This spacious two Bedroom upgraded condo offers one of the best ski-in/ski-out slope-side locations on Blackcomb Mountain! This unit has a king-sized bed in the master bedroom with en-suite and a split-king in the second bedroom which is set up as two twins, otherwise requested, and a queen-sized sofa bed in the living room. This is the only unit in the Aspens Complex that has an in-suite washer and dryer. You will have mountain views from the tranquil patio or relax at the year-round pool and hot tubs. Please be aware that this property does not have air-conditioning and in the hottest 1-2 weeks of the summer can get quite hot during the day. There are fans provided and screens on the windows to cool the property in the evenings.
COMPLEX: THE ASPENS
The Aspens is an updated lodge-style building, nestled slope-side on Blackcomb Mountain with ski-in/ski-out convenience. Features include gorgeous mountain views from the outdoor heated pool, three hot tubs as well as a fitness center. Guests are within walking distance of both, the base of Blackcomb Mountain and Whistler Village. A highly desirable location.
LOCATION
Located at the base of Blackcomb Mountain, the Upper Village offers seclusion while still being just a short walk away from the hustle and bustle of Whistler Village. With a slope-side setting, these lodging options will have you on the slopes (or the first tee of the Chateau Whistler Golf Course) in minutes. The Upper Village is a great option for families offering easy ski-in/ski-out access and a free shuttle to and from the Village. In the summer enjoy quick access to Lost Lake Park as well as a weekly outdoor Farmers Market.

PARKING
Parking is available at C$20/day in a secure, heated, underground parking lot. Height restrictions may apply.
HOUSE RULES
No smoking, no pets, no parties, no bikes permitted inside units, minimum booking age of 25.
CANCELLATION POLICY - RESERVATIONS ARRIVING BEFORE THE 1ST OF DECEMBER, 2022
- 100% refund if cancelled at least 30 days before the arrival date.
- 100% credit if cancelled at least 14 days before the arrival date, valid for 18 months.
- No refund or credit if cancelled less than 14 days before the arrival date.
CANCELLATION POLICY - RESERVATIONS ARRIVING ON OR AFTER THE 1ST OF DECEMBER, 2022
- 100% refund if cancelled at least 45 days before the arrival date.
- 75% refund if cancelled at least 30 days before the arrival date.
- No refund or credit if cancelled less than 30 days before the arrival date.
COVID PEACE OF MIND POLICY
If COVID-19 travel restrictions prohibit the guest from travelling within 14 days of the check-in date, the guest will be issued a 100% credit for future use valid for 18 months. All terms and conditions for the COVID Peace of Mind Policy can be found on the booking information page.

A professional cleaning company is used after each stay with extra COVID-19 precautions added to our standard procedures:
ARRIVAL & CHECK-IN
- Contactless check-in with direct property access via door keypad.
- Common area keys, garage keys and the property keypads are disinfected after each stay.
- Face masks and gloves are available upon request.
HOUSEKEEPING & MAINTENANCE
- Housekeepers place enhanced focus on disinfection of all property touchpoints.
- All linens and towels are cleaned in a commercial-grade laundry facility with high-temperature sanitization.
- Mid-stay housekeeping service will not be offered at this time.
- Any non-emergency maintenance requests will not be conducted while guests are occupying the property.
- A maintenance technician will be available for troubleshooting via phone during business hours.
- All housekeepers and property inspectors will wear Personal Protective Equipment.

- Contactless checkout via email, text message, telephone.
- Common area keys and garage keys are to be left in the property.
